Restoration to the Register

In order to facilitate pharmacists who wish to restore to the Register of Pharmacists for Ireland we have drawn up a timetable of periods for Restoration requests.

Please note that in accordance with The Pharmacy Act 2007, we will at a later stage outline the Restoration process and also provide an online application form.  In the meantime, please contact GWarde@pharmaceuticalsociety.ie or at +353 (0)1 218 4008.
